Thomas Humes, President and Chief Executive Officer of Great Traditions, founded his real estate company in 1975 by rehabbing old homes in the historic Cincinnati gaslight suburb of Clifton. Since 1984, Great Traditions Land & Development Company has become one of Southern Ohio’s most distinguished residential developers, specializing in the creation of lifestyle-oriented master planned communities.

Great Traditions has developed over 30 communities, creating over 5,000 homesites and over 4,000 acres in the Greater Cincinnati and South Dayton areas.
